Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the ProPath website and application (the "Platform"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("ProPath," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to anyone who accesses the Platform, including signed-out visitors browsing the marketing site.
These Terms of Use work alongside, and do not replace, the Terms & Conditions (which govern paid subscriptions and the commercial relationship for ProPath users) and the Privacy Policy. Where these Terms of Use address website/platform access specifically and the Terms & Conditions address the subscription relationship, both apply; this document does not repeat the Terms & Conditions' subscription, billing, or cancellation provisions.
Website Access
You may access and use the Platform only in compliance with these Terms of Use and applicable law. ProPath may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
Account Registration
Certain areas of the Platform require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Age / Eligibility and Parent-Controlled Minor Use
The Platform is intended for use by adults (parents/guardians, coaches, and adult athletes) creating and managing accounts, and by minor players using a linked profile under a parent or guardian's account, consistent with the Parental Consent & Minor Privacy Notice and Section D of the Terms & Conditions. A minor does not independently register for or administer an account on the Platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, or is described as prohibited conduct in Section N of the Terms & Conditions (which is incorporated here by reference for Platform-wide use, not only paid-subscription use).
Safeguarding
The Platform's coach/minor-player communication restrictions described in Section H of the Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Platform, regardless of subscription status.
Prohibited Scraping and Automated Access
You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Platform, extract data, or interact with the Platform's systems, except for standard search-engine indexing of public marketing pages.
Security Attacks and Interference
You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, breach security or authentication measures, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
Content
See Sections P (User Content) and Q (ProPath Content) of the Terms & Conditions, which govern content ownership and licensing across the Platform.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, ProPath may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to third-party websites or resources (for example, a training video hosted elsewhere). ProPath is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Disclaimers and Service Availability
See Sections AB (Disclaimers) and X (Availability) of the Terms & Conditions, which apply equally to Platform access under these Terms of Use.
Termination
ProPath may suspend or terminate Platform access for a violation of these Terms of Use, consistent with Section Z of the Terms & Conditions.
Incorporation of Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference and governs how information collected through the Platform is used and shared.
